Our new patient notification system will automatically call and remind you in advance of your upcoming appointment.

When you answer the call you will have to press <1> to hear the notification

Once you hear the notification you will be prompted to press <1> to confirm, press <2> to reschedule or press <3> to cancel your appointment.

Please make sure to respond so we can be ready for you on your appointment day or call you for rescheduling.

If you are a text or email user we can also send you a reminder to your phone or email address we have on file. Just let us know and we set you up with one or all of the options.
